Account data: email, username, internal UID, profile photo (optional), Telegram username (optional) and withdrawal wallet addresses.

Financial data: deposits, withdrawals, strategies, commissions, points, and the related blockchain addresses and transactions.

Technical data needed to run and secure the site, and your chosen language.

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your Google email, name and profile photo (the openid, email and profile scopes).

We use this data only to create your account and sign you in. We do not access your emails, contacts, files or any other Google data, and we do not share Google data with third parties for advertising.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To run your account, balances and history, process deposits and withdrawals, pay referral rewards and send account and financial emails.

To protect accounts (2FA, email codes, PIN) and prevent fraud.

Other members only see your username — never your email, UID or wallets.

We do not sell personal data. Our hosting, database and email providers process data only to run the service. Blockchain transactions are public by nature.

Passwords and PINs are stored only as hashes. Access to data is restricted, and money operations run only on our servers.

Sign-ups that are never activated are deleted after 24 hours. Financial records are kept while the account exists, or longer when the law or fraud prevention requires it.

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by writing to support@bittensorx.live from the email linked to your account.

You can revoke Bittensor Academy's access at any time in your Google account's security settings.
